INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA



1. What is personal data, who processes it?

Pursuant to Article 3 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, Best Chemical Industry, in its capacity as "data controller", will be able to record, store, update, process and disclose and transfer your personal data to third parties in accordance with the law.


2. For what purpose can your personal data be processed?

Your collected personal data ‐Explicit consent of the person concerned (article 5/1) of the KVK Law

The computer etc. used in our company within the terms of personal data processing. The collection of data obtained by keeping log records from the devices over the system and the data can be processed in order to respond to legal requests, to supervise compliance with workplace rules and to provide technical support.


3. To whom and for what purpose can your processed personal data be transferred?

4. For what legal reason and by what method do we collect your personal data?

Your personal data is collected by our Company, verbally or in writing, through the forms on the website, telephone, e-mail, correspondence and similar media, for the legal reasons specified in Article 2 of this Disclosure. Your collected personal data can also be processed and transferred in accordance with the KVK Law and for the purposes specified in the 2nd and 3rd articles of this Clarification Text.


5. What are your rights in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law No. 6698, to learn whether your personal data has been deleted, to request information about it if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose, to know the persons to whom your personal data has been transferred, to correct your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed. You have the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in cases regulated by the Law and to notify the persons with whom your data has been shared, to object in case of any consequences against you by processing your data exclusively through an automatic system, and to request compensation for your damages in case of unlawful processing of your data.


8. How will you apply to the data controller?

You can convey your above-mentioned rights to our Company in written form with wet signature or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to our Company by the relevant person and registered in our Company's system. You can make your application with the Application Form on our website. In order for a person other than the personal data owner to make a request, there must be a special power of attorney issued by the personal data owner on behalf of the person to apply. Proper requests submitted to our company will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If the answer is more than ten pages, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged for each page above ten pages. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the cost of the data recording medium may be requested. The company may request additional information if it deems it necessary to determine whether the applicant is the owner of personal data and to evaluate the requests, and may ask questions to the personal data owner regarding his/her application in order to clarify the issues stated in the application.
